When you submit a project inquiry, we receive the information you provide: name, company, email, phone number, country or region, and your project description. On the English site, email is required and phone is optional.

This website uses no analytics, advertising or behavioral tracking tools. We do not run marketing mailing lists, and we do not build visitor profiles.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry and communicate about your project: equipment selection, process consultation and feasibility discussion. Inquiry details are visible only to our sales and engineering staff and are forwarded to them by internal email.

Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data is shared only inside our company with the staff handling your project. Transactional email is delivered through our email service provider.
