From equipment delivery to stable production, a project usually passes through installation, commissioning, trial production and batch-stable phases. Identifying and managing the key milestones at each stage helps the project transition more smoothly to stable production.
Levelling, alignment and fixing of the equipment foundation are the basis for subsequent stable operation. During installation, pay close attention to levelness, concentricity and foundation connections, so the equipment enters commissioning in the correct geometric state.
No-load commissioning verifies the action logic of the hydraulic, electrical and control systems. Load commissioning gradually introduces process load to verify response and stability under real conditions. Record key parameters at this stage as the basis for later optimisation.
Based on the product and material, initially set extrusion speed, temperature, pressure and other parameters, then optimise them during trial production. The focus here is to establish a reproducible process window and reduce variation between batches.
Through continuous trial production, verify the equipment's stability, consistency and failure rate over a longer running cycle. Watch cycle time, yield rate and exception handling to judge whether the equipment is ready for production.
After entering production, keep collecting operating data and optimise around bottlenecks and variation. The long-term stability of equipment often comes from reliable data and disciplined operation accumulated during commissioning.
